Professional Background:   Mr. Gainey has been practicing law for twelve years.  Prior to forming Three Rivers Law, he was an associate with a small law firm concentrating in Bankruptcy representation.  Since then, Mr. Gainey has expanded his areas of practice to include Personal Injury, Estate Administration and Wills, Real Estate and General Litigation among other areas.  He currently represents numerous individual and business clients throughout Western Pennsylvania.  Mr. Gainey is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and Allegheny County Bar Association. 

Education/Admissions:   Mr. Gainey received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1995 and his Juris Doctorate Degree from Widener University School of Law in 1998.  Licensed in Pennsylvania, Mr. Gainey is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
